Blue & Gray Dinner with Dr. Gaskill, 17th Corps Field Hospital, Civil War speaking
FRIDAY, Mar 12, 6 PM: Blue and Gray Dinner Guest Speaker: Dr. Trevor Steinbach portrays Dr. James R.M. Gaskill from 17th Corps Field Hospital.  His topic is The Lincolns in Sickness and in Health to include some little known trivia, and other diseases and medical practices. The Kitchen on Lafayette is catering. Tickets are $25 and please RSVP, Tuesday, Mar 9, by emailing vabchlee@gmail.com or calling Lees cell 1- 904- 625-1109.  Dr. Steinbach has published over 195 articles on medicine in the Civil War Courier national publication. He writes a feature monthly column on medicine of the period. He is a member of the Board of Directors with the Society of Civil War Surgeons, which provides seminars and support for medical reenactors and historians.

1pm  -   Darrel Dexter  The Emancipation of Harry, a slave boy in Union County, Illinois
2: 05 pm   -  Duane Hileman My Family Divided During the War - Father and son in  Illinois against son from Kentucky
SUNDAY, Mar 14, 1:30-3:30 PM P.A.S.T. of Union County will host an Open House at the Heritage House, 102 S. Main Street in Jonesboro. It is Free.
2:30 P.M.  Presentation on Underground Railroad and Sanitation Commission
