Easter Drive Thru Celebration
Join us on Saturday March 20th and Sunday 21st from 12pm - 4pm for a drive-thru Easter celebration at the Fireside Inn in Baldwinsville, NY!
Through partnerships with the Fireside Inn, Royal Promise Productions, Baldwinsville Rotary Club Backpack Program, and of course, the Easter Bunny... The Bville Connection is excited to bring this Easter celebration to our local families!
In true Covid fashion, the process to purchase is a little more complicated than we would like it to be so *please* read all of this before you place your order.
The link below is to order your food! There are many options available, along with an add on for take home cookie kits being donated by the Fireside Inn and a raffle entry option for a magical event with Royal Promise Productions!
This event is designed as a drive thru, SAFE, socially distanced event. When you come for pick up, you will also have the opportunity to have a free professional photo taken by Royal Promise Photography with The Easter Bunny! The Easter Bunny will be up in a wagon, a safe distance from everyone, wearing a mask. We ask that your masks remain on the entire time too, even when having your pictures taken. Just think, it will capture a true Covid Easter for your memories!
Be on the lookout for some other very magical guests that will be joining us from Royal Promise Productions! And each kiddo in the vehicle will also take a Easter Craft kit home with them! The email you receive after your purchase will give you instructions for the craft.
A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to the Baldwinsville Rotary Backpack Program. Baldwinsville Rotary member Ann Smiley started the Backpack Program many years ago with the intention of serving children at risk of hunger on the weekends. They started packing bags with snacks and breakfast items that social workers discretely slip in backpacks each Friday. The items are specifically individual serving size, and do not require any cooking or mixing so they are easy for the kids to use. We will also be collecting physical donations for the program the day of the event!
Your food order will give access for 1 vehicle to the event. In order to ensure food is still warm, but you have a few minutes with Easter Bunny, we will be able to have 15 cars per half hour - so the event will only be able to have 90 total cars come through each day.
After your food order is completed and paid for, you will receive a follow up email from The Bville Connection. This will have a form for you to complete to help us assign your pick up time. We are asking for you to provide your 3 preferred time slots for pick up. They will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee a particular time slot but by golly we will do our best to accommodate it!
