*First Course

farmers market vegetables fresh, cooked, marinated, and pickled wrapped in rice paper with house sauces

*Second Course

assorted hors d' oeuvres plate

-homemade duck prosciutto with homemade salted duck egg cream on a wild rice ball

-house cured beet salmon with honey goat cheese wrapped with steamed tuscan kale

-baked pastry roll with cooked market vegetable and assorted beans

*Third Course

choice of vegetarian or grass fed lamb rice noodle soup. both soups comes with sides of market vegetables prepared in three different ways and rice noodles are locally made.

*Fourth Course

mille black sesame crepe cake with chocolate cream filling topped with coffee glaze and brandied cherries

*Ingredients locally sourced when possible
