We'll be pairing the following Alpine Cheeses to beer and bourbon:
Petit Marcel Comte with Founders Oatmeal Stout
Challerhocker with Tallgrass Velvet Rooster Tripel
Fontina Val D'Aosta with Dark Horse Raspberry
Chiriboga Blue with Breaking & Entering Barrel Aged Old Fashioned.
Also, we'll have a bourbon surprise for you that night in addition to the amazing items already listed.
