The Joy of Cheese Presents the 8 Best Cheeses in New York City
Nectar Wine Bar and The Joy of Cheese launch a four month series called the 8's with the 8 Best Cheeses available in New York City. Some of the names will be familiar to any ardent cheese fan. We'll have a Reggiano but it's Cravero, not Rocca or Red Cow. We'll have Comte, but don't even talk about how long its aged, it's who it's aged by, Marcel Petit. There will be extraordinary examples of cheddar, camembert, roquefort and several others. These aren't good cheeses; they are the best.
