Napa Valley Slow Food Holiday Tamale Event
Join Napa Valley Slow Food in a Mexican holiday tradition for a hands-on class in tamale cooking. We'll slow cook pork, prepare the masa and stuff the husks, some to eat and some to bring home at the end of the evening. Enjoy local beers and wine while preparing the tamales.
