Sour Sunday
San Diego Beer Week is almost upon us and this is Brother's Provisions first year! We are kicking off our week with Sour Sunday, a sour beer and cheese tasting event.
Included with the $25 ticket:
Cantillon Iris: an amazing blend of sour and citrus flavors, making this lambic very complex.
Vicaris Triple-Gueuze: a perfect marriage of a triple and a gueze that is sure to surprise and please the palate.
Drie Fonteinen Intense Red Oude Kriek: this is a cherry bomb exploding with tart intensity. Simple but so deliciously in your face.
Oud Beersel Oude Geuze: one of nature's miracles. Oude Geuze is a blend of lambic from different years, creating a wondrous world of spontaneous fermentation with complex subtleties.
For an additional $10 each of these extraordinary beers will be expertly paired by our cheesesmith.
