WTS Tucson Chapter November Seminar Professional Development;
Spend an hour with Sue Porter "The Accidental Leader" and Decoding the New Generation Gap. Sue Porter has been speaking, and equipping leaders with the new multigenerational workforce which has become her specialty. This workforce encompasses not just 2 generations, as in the past, but the 5 could coexist in the same company. They are the Traditional, Baby Boomer, Generation "X", Millennial, and Generation Z. For the first time ever we have 5 very different generations working side by side in the same company.
