Flavors from SoE Garden and Rustic Kitchen to include, but not limited to: savoy cabbage - saurkraut - cucumber - cider braised pearl onion - mustard green beans - 12 varieties of peppers - spring ramps - carrots - radish - onion - apple - strawberry - blueberry - peach - grassfed beef - pastrami - fresh berkshire sausage - smoked duck ham - apple brined smoked michigan lake fish - slated, cured berkshire pork: coppa, spalla, proscuitto, culatello, fiocco.
