The Five Chef Societe II - DUCK TALES
"Sometimes you just have to say 'What the Duck!"
And we're doing just that. Join us on December 5th for a special duck filled pairing dinner with five of San Diego's best chefs and the fantastic Belgian inspired beers from Societe Brewing.
The evening will begin at 6:30 with a reception will snacks and your first beer which will be on us. At 7:00, you'll move to the dining room and be treated to a series of special pairing with our fine feathered friend and amazing craft beer.
So who is leading this culinary cavalcade:
Chef Matthew Morrison from Stone World Bistro Liberty Station will start off your evening with hors d'oeuvres.
Then on to your main event with these talented guys:
Chef Daniel Barron from La Valencia Hotel.
Chef Hanis Cavin from Carnitas Snack Shack.
Chef Rich Sweeney from R Gang EaterySouthpaw Social Club
Chef Matt Richman from Table 926
and, our own, Chef Karl Prohaska from the Handlery.
