Frank's Bubbles & Bivalves
Cost includes all you can eat raw oysters and 2 drink tickets. There will be 10 oyster focused wines available, 6 for $5 a glass, 3 sparkling for $6 a glass and one Champagne for $10 a glass.
In addition we'll have fried oysters, oyster po' boys and oyster stew to purchase. Chef Derek Bugge will demonstrate how to shuck an oyster and attendees can try their hand at it. A vote will be taken for the best oyster wine and those who submit a ballot will be entered to win a bottle of Deutz Champagne.
A fun and festive, but not frenetic, way to appreciate oysters and the wines who love them at Frank's Oyster House & Champagne Parlor, a gem of a neighborhood restaurant.
