2009 Agents of Change Inaugural Ball

Please join the Agents of Change Inaugural Committee, as we watch history & celebrate the inauguration of Barack Obama as the 44th President of the United States.

A formal, plated dinner will be served. Choices include:

Halibut Gratin - Fresh 6oz Halibut fillet topped with a dungeness crab cake and Parmesan cheese. Baked to perfection, then served with a homemade light Alfredo sauce.

Bourbon Apple Pork Loin - Fresh Herb rubbed Pork Loin slow roasted so its tender and juicy, topped it with a homemade bourbon apple sauce.

Portabella Mushroom Stack - For the vegetarian in you, Large Portabella mushroom broiled to perfection, then filled with fresh roasted vegetables, smoked Gouda cheese, and held together with a fresh rosemary sprig. Topped with balsamic vinegar reduction.
