Mahaffey Farms and Slow Food North Louisiana invite you to join us at the table, mere steps from the fields where your food began its journey.
Mahaffey Farms practices sustainable agricultural methods in its food production, and you can rest assured that the food you will eat is good, clean and fair.
Live music will set a festive mood. Great Raft Brewing will be there with samples of their locally crafted beer. Mahaffey Farms owner Evan McCommon will share the story of his family farm and why he chooses to practice sustainable agriculture.
But most importantly, it is a time for lovers of slow food to gather at the table for a shared meal with friends old and new.
Wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages will be served.
