Global Groceries: A Tour of Ethnic Markets in Columbus
Take a 3-hour global food tour through local ethnic markets. We'll continue on to an Asian market where among other Asian taste experiences, we'll discover durianyou'll either love it or hate it. Then on to an Indian market where you'll be delightfully overwhelmed with the smell of spices and array of Indian staples. Next, we'll visit a Mexican market. You'll take the "Coca Cola Challenge" and see an array of Hispanic pastries, breads, and other food items. Finally, we'll end up at a Turkish market where you can buy Middle Eastern spices by the ounce and experience genuine Turkish sweets.
