Sunday Supper with MIX Garden Farmers
Mick Kopetsky and Alex Lapham are some of the best farmers we know. In partnership with friends who provide small plots of land and infrastructure, they grow an amazing selection of heirloom vegetables for local restaurants such as SHED as well as their own devoted customers. Join us for an autumn harvest dinner featuring a cornucopia of delights from MIX Garden, as we honor these farmers who take the time and care to provide a bounty of beautiful produce.
The evenings menu will consist of:
Root Vegetable Chips
Sweet Meat Squash Soup
Bitter Greens Salad
Slow Roasted Halibut with Marinated Beet Salsa
and Herbed Corona Beans. Oh my!
The Sunday Supper Series is a monthly community dinner featuring local farmers, winemakers and visiting chefs. Celebrating good farming, good cooking and good eating, dinner is served family style and seating is casual, so come with your family, bring a neighbor, and make new friends!
Wine, beer and non-alchoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
