THE 5,000 FINGERS OF DR. T

60th Anniversary!

(1953) dir Roy Rowland w/Tommy Rettig, Hans Conried [89 min; DCP]
The bane of young Bart Collins' existence is the piano lessons he is forced to take with the dictatorial Dr. Terwilliker. One day during class, Bart daydreams an elaborate fantasy involving the evil Dr. T and his nefarious plot to enslave 500 children and force them to play piano 24-hours a day! A wonderfully imaginative family film from the mind of Dr. Seuss!
