Relax after traveling and enjoy your "picnic" dinnerDepart at 8 AM for day trip. 1st stop is Flavigny sur-Ozerain to visit the centurys' old, family-owned anise candy factory and Carolingian Abbey. Then on to tour
Chau-teauneuf Castle. We lunch in the famous creperie in the village of Chauteau-neauf. On the way back we stop at Pouillis en Auxois to taste,
admire and purchase local goods.
Free day8 AM train to Beaune
8:30 AMDepart at 8:30 AM for day trip.
1st stop: cheese tasting at Gaugry Fromagerie. On to L
'imaginarium to learn about Burgundy's wine industry and taste prestigious wines of the region.
Lunch is in a local vineyard and winery.
Last stop: Tour Chateau du Clos de Vougeot.
We'll drive back to Dijon via the famous Rue de Grand Cru which travels by famous wineries. 9-11 Shop the Beaune Market
