Couples Cooking 9 : Karen Symington Muendell
Come join Karen Symington Muendell chef/owner of Serves You Right, Culinary. A graduate of The French Culinary Institute (now know as ICC), she currently works as a private chef, caterer and culinary instructor. Founder of the the Yorktown Farmers' Market, her specialty is farm-to-table cooking with a Creole flair. Her recipes have been featured in several area publications and she is currently working on a cookbook that will highlight her unique way of interpreting classic dishes.
Together you and your partner will learn how to cook from scratch several healthy and delicious restaurant-quality recipes. Bring a bottle of wine, someone special, and savor the satisfaction of a home-made meal.
The class is limited to 12 couples, and online registration is required, $75 per couple.
