Anatomy Workshop on the Ligaments and Cartilage of the Knee
A three-hour interactive workshop using the Anatomy In Clay Learning System. Participants will learn the major ligaments and cartilage by building them with clay on a realistic scale model of the knee. The workshop will include Pilates-based excercises that help strengthen and align the leg joints, preserving proper movement and ensuring that the knees last a lifetime. Open to certified Pilates instructors and qualified adults (please inquire). A Continuing Education Credit opportunity.
