A Drive-Thru Christmas Celebration!
Join us on Sunday December 6th for a drive-thru Christmas celebration at the Fireside Inn in Baldwinsville, NY.
Through partnerships with the Baldwinsville Volunteer Center, Fireside Inn, Royal Promise Productions, Katrina Lynne StoryOgraphy, Horan Insurance and of course, Santa... The Bville Connection is excited to bring this Christmas celebration to our local families!
In true Covid fashion, the process to purchase is a little more complicated than we would like it to be so *please* read all of this before you place your order.
The link below is to order your food! There are many options available, along with an add on for take home cookie kits being donated by the Fireside Inn so the purchase price of the kits are a straight donation to the Baldwinsville Volunteer Center!
Your food order will give access for 1 vehicle to the event. In order to ensure food is still warm, but you have a few minutes with Santa, we will be able to have 15 cars per half hour - so the event will only be able to have 90 total cars come through on Sunday.
After your food order is completed and paid for, you will receive a follow up email from The Bville Connection. This will have a form for you to complete to help us assign your pick up time. We are asking for you to provide your 3 preferred time slots for pick up. They will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee a particular time slot but by golly we will do our best to accommodate it!
This event is desgined as a drive thru, SAFE, socially distanced event. When you come for pick up, you will also have the opportunity to have a free professional photo taken by Katrina Lynne Photography with Santa! Santa will be up in the back of a truck, a safe distance from everyone, wearing a mask. We ask that your masks remain on the entire time too, even when having your pictures taken. Just think, it will capture the true Covid Christmas for your memories!
Each kiddo in the vehicle will take a Christmas Count Down Craft kit home with them! AND, make sure to bring your letters for Santa with a very legible name and return address so he can write back! The email you receive after your purchase will give you instructions for the Christmas craft and for your Santa letters.
