George Keleshian of Net Zero Buildings, Inc in Guilderland, an RPI graduate, has
been building and converting buildings to Net Zero since the early 70s including
Solarview Estates, a Net Zero sub-development in Guilderland. Bring an electric bill
from your home or business and a Google Earth capable device and learn how to
evaluate your home or business's suitability for solar power as we walk you through
the calculations, factoring in state and federal incentives to arrive at a total
cost and payback period (the period when your energy savings equal the cost of a
solar system).
