SAN FRANCISCO, CA - WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2013 - For decades the Halloween season in San Francisco has been spectacular. People have flocked to the foggy city streets from all over the world for the Bay Area's infamous tricks and treats. Over the years the face of SF has begun to change - rapidly inflating rent prices, small businesses closing, an over abundance of fancy coffee shops, and tech employees fill our dive bars. This has taken a bit of the love, sparkle, and delicious grime from some of our local traditions. BUT this year Maxine Holloway and Val Killmore are resurrecting all things creepy, sexy and radical back from the dead - we invited our favorite local strippers, artists and zombies to create the ultimate brew of spook, humor, and sex. Please join us as we embrace the true outrageous spirit of a San Francisco Halloween - Eerie SF is San Francisco's ONLY spooky, smart and witty interactive haunted house and carnival show.
This isn't your regular 'ol 'jump out and scare people' haunt. We have taken all things scary about the influx of Bay Area start-ups and made them even SCARIER! Eerie SF is a clever and campy interactive tour through the newly launched haunted and cursed start-up, Ghoulgle.com.
Resurrected from the dot-com crash in 2000, Ghoulgle.com is thriving and open again for business! Come and take a tour of the Ghoulgle.com headquarters! See the new internet businesses that are housed in the decayed superstudio style building---such as: undeadpet.com, youtomb.com, scream.com, mummingtonpost.com, oklucifer.com, etc.! Meet Mark Zombieberg and be the first to join his new social networking website---deadalive.com---the only place on the internet that connects the living with the dead! Witness a very special keynote, with Steve Jobs Back From the Dead!! Come and rub elbows (if they are not already rotted off) with the newest dead digitaris that are taking San Francisco's start-up scene by storm!
After we terrorize you with the horrors the tech industry, guest are invited to escape upstairs to the Carnival of Mayhem, full of tricks, treats, dancing and performances - sure to satisfy all of your debaucherous Halloween needs. The Lusty Ladies, the most famous strippers of San Francisco, will be hosting traditional carnival games with a dirty twist that only a good stripper can bring! Don't forget your dollar bills -there will be lusty lap dances and pole tricks that will make you scream. DJ Carnita will be playing music that will keep your booty dancing all night long. In between sets, we will delight you with amazing performances by Bombshell Betty and her showgirl chorus for a super sparkly skeleton strip tease. Roma Mafia, Cinnoman Maxine, and LuLa Applebruise each have a delightfully freaky burlesque and drag performance in store for you. Special candy apples, caramel corn, and raffle prizes will be served to fill your trick or treat bag.
