SLOW U - Thanksgiving Prep Union Square Greenmarket Tour
The frost is on the pumpkin..its time to start thinking about: heritage turkeys and pork; oysters; heirloom winter squashes, apples, and chestnuts; quinces; sweet potatoes; and, yes, even Brussels Sprouts..the local bounty of fall.
Join Ed Yowell, member of the Greenmarket Advisory Committee and the Slow Food NYC Leadership Committee, for an inside tour of the Union Square Greenmarket at its best. A portion of your SLOW U tuition will be donated to Greenmarket.
