Express Yourself with Colleen Snell
Come Express Yourself for two hours with Colleen Snell on October 30th! Colleen will lead a workshop based on her improvisation practise in the outdoor space at the Small Arms Inspection Building. With Halloween just around the corner lets get creative with a spooky themed dance experience!
Class description:
We will begin with an improvisation warm up before walking the site/grounds, using key locations to inspire our movement and connect to this unique, storied landscape. Working together, we will draw on themes from Frog in Hand's repertoire (Stories in the Woods, Creature), to make new movement scores. These two pieces were created on Small Arms Inspection Building grounds, and explore themes of transformation, science fiction, and suspense.
