The anonymity of the Internet is used to bully and spread lies and racist rants, without fear of repercussion.  Foxman, the National Director of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) reveals today's struggle to reconcile freedom of speech issues faced by social media, including Facebook, YouTube, Google, with the disturbing threat posed by today's purveyors of hate; and shares the tools citizens can use to fight back.
