Thursday October 1st Chef's Dinner between 6pm-8pm
$60 with a paired Wine Tasting with each course
(gratuity not included)
Appetizer - Warm Spinach Dip with Baguette.
Salad - Spring Mix with Tomato, Cucumber, Red Onion, Parmesan Cheese, Croutons & Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Entrée - Beef Bourguignon
Tender chunks of Beef simmered in a rich Red Wine Sauce with Carrots, Onions, Potato served over creamy Mashed Potatoes & a side of warm Baguette Slices.
Dessert - Salted Carmel Chocolate Torte.
