Vermont Sail Freight Prix Fixe Dinner with Cider/Beer Pairings
As we close out Cider Week NY, we'll be co-hosting another of our great Monday night prix fixe dinners with Vermont Sail Freight Project, a company that ships (literally - they use a barge!) Vermont farm-to-table products along the eastern seaboard. We're still planning the menu and cider (beer option available) pairings (check the website closer to event). One seating, 7 p.m.
