Rug Hook workshop

Learn to Rug Hook with Aileen Anderson

Learn how to rug hook with Aileen Anderson of Bear Creek Studio. Beginner project is a small Star mat . Your kit will include a pattern, wool to complete and a rug hook. Students will need to bring scissors and a 14" quilt hoop. If you cannot find a quilt hoop contact me and I will help. The fee for the class and kit is $100. I hope you will join me for this fun and creative class.

Cost- $100 (This includes a kit to make a small mat.)

Class Limit- 8 people

Bring a sack lunch and drink.

About Aileen Anderson

Aileen Anderson is a certified McGown rug hooking instructor and demonstrating craftsman for the Memphis Pink Palace Craft Fair. She is the owner of Bear Creek Studio in Oakland, Tennessee. Aileen's work has been exhibited at the University of the Ozarks in the Stephens Gallery.

Aileen regularly travels and teaches workshops in the Mid-South and into the Midwest. "I love all forms of folk art and enjoy helping my students achieve their own style of self expression in the craft."
