Introduction to Distillation of Hydrosols and Essential Oils
This workshop will introduce the basics of developing a home or commercial based operation to grow, harvest, and source plant material that can be distilled using hydro- or steam-distillation to produce hydrosols and essential oils.
We will cover the various types of botanicals that can be used, tools and methods associated with processing, as well as potential markets for end products.
At the end of this workshop, you will have a basic understanding of distillation processes to produce hydrosols and essential oils.
