A special holiday edition of Short Stories Live explores the meaning and traditions of Hanukkah--light in the darkness, the miracle of survival, and family. Professional actors read stories by Sholem Aleichem, Lemony Snicket, Max Apple, Gloria DeVidas Kirchheimer, and Daniel Mark Epstein. The program is curated by Michele Yanow (former Nextbook fellow) and directed by Town Hall's executive director Wier Harman.
