The Fall of the House of Usher
Close your eyes for a moment. Imagine that you are just waking from a long, restful sleep. You are still drowsy. You try to stretch- but you are confined in a small space and can hardly move. Suddenly you realize you have been buried alive! This brilliant dramatization captures all the horror and suspense and eeriness of Poe's tale of mystery and imagination. Little by little the shocking tale of the gloomy House of Usher unfolds. It is a chilling drama that captures Poe's style and tone.
