Thursday September 3rd Chef's Dinner between 6pm-8pm
$60 with a paired Wine Tasting with each course

Appetizer - Italian Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms.
Salad - Romaine & Arugula salad with fresh Tomato, Red Onion, Olives, Pepperoncini & Italian dressing.
Entrée - Creamy Tuscan Salmon with wilted Spinach & Sun-Dried Tomatoes in a cream sauce served on a bed of bow tie pasta.
Dessert - Blueberry Peach tart with Vanilla Glaze.
