DIY Days: Quill Your Own Picture Frame!
What a great chance to learn a new craft! Quilling is a beautiful paper art that involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped, and glued together to create decorative designs. You've seen this beautiful artwork in unique stores and now you can try it yourself with a very practiced artist who wants to share her techniques with you! All supplies will be provided by the library. Ages 16 & up, please. Cost: $5.00. Registration begins September 15.
