Thursday August 13th Chef's Dinner between 6pm-8pm
$60 with a paired Wine Tasting with each course
(gratuity not included)
Appetizer - Caramelized onion, Bacon, Apple, Mushroom Gruyere Bites.
Salad - Marinated Cucumber & Tomato Salad served on a bed of Romaine.
Entrée - Our Famous Prime Rib
Hand Rubbed with our house seasoning & coleslaw cooked to perfection.
Dessert - Mixed Berry Trifle
Layers of fresh berries, Angel Food Cake & sweet Vanilla Custard.
