German cuisine goes well beyond Bratwurst and sauerkraut! Learn how to incorporate your favorite German spices and seasonings into oils and salts to add a bit of German flair to any recipe.
Use these tips to create a delicious meal of horseradish potato puree, caraway and dill seed crusted salmon, and a shaved brussel sprout slaw.
The class is $16/per person and is open to all. The price includes a complimentary glass of wine, German beer or soft drink. Additional drinks are available throughout the class. These classes are social events for anyone interested in German culinary in a commercial kitchen setting.
