Final Big Night Pairing Dinner
This will be our final and greatest pairing event with Big Night Catering. The Menu:
Lemon garlic Marcona almonds
Smoked portobello soup w/ thyme creme fraiche and frizzled leeks
Seared scallops and crispy chorizo on field greens w/ romesco vinaigrette
Smoked beef tenderloin w/ foie gras butter and parsley-caper relish
with roasted root vegetables
Chocolate caramel tart w/ drunken raspberries and vanilla creme fraiche
Beer pairings to be determined, but expect some special house beers, including a cask. Live music will be provided by Homer Whisenant. This will be a sit down dinner, and the back yard will be closed to people not participating in the pairing dinner.
Cost for the event is $70/person. Includes meal, beer, and tax.
