Connecting Sunday To Monday:
Everybody works: But why? Is what we do in the office, or in the classroom separate from what Christ has called us to do? If not, then what should our work life look like, and how can we use it for the mission of Christ? The City Forum is proud to announce its newest seminar with guest speaker Hugh Whelchel.
Whelchel is the Executive Director of the Institute for Faith, Work and Economics, as well as the author of the book, "How Then Should We Work." Whelchel has a background in business, IT and executive management. He has been featured in the Washington Post/On Faith Column, the Gospel Coalition, ByFaith Online, and Moody Radio Network.
Whether you are a fry cook, a stay at home mom, a full time student or a business CEO, Whelchel will help us bridge the gap from Sunday to Monday. He has a unique passion and expertise in helping individuals integrate their faith and vocational calling.
The "From Sunday to Monday Seminar" will be held the weekend of November 8th and 9th at Meadowview Community Church. Tickets will be $20 per person and will be available at Sovereign Hope Church, Clark Fork City Church, Missoula Alliance Church, The Christian Life Center, Meadowview Community Church and the Garden of Readin Bookstore. Online ticket sales will begin the week of October 7th.
Schedule: Friday, November 8th: 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. Saturday, November 9th: 9:00 a.m.-11:45 a.m.
