Parking Lot Tribal Fusion Jam with Donna Mejia
Family friendly, all ages, all levels. The crunchiest beats; the deepest funk; the best underground music from our planet; moving your hips outside in the summer air, proudly wearing your mask and outdoor shoes; staying 12 ft apart (because science tells us 6 ft isn't enough for athletic activity). Can we do it? Yes we can! Please join Ormao for a dance jam with CU Boulder Associate Professor of Dance, Donna Mejia. Her specialty is traditional and hip hop fusion dances of North Africa and the Arab World. Fusion is as old as human contact, so let's celebrate the gorgeous movement cultures of the human family. $10 Donation based event. Contributions accepted upon arrival.
