Sunday Supper Indian Feast

This month we celebrate the end of the summer with an Indian inspired dinner.
We have a wonderful menu for this evening!

Indian Spiced Pickles / Cucumbers and Red Onion Pickles
Charred Vegetables w/ Indian Spiced Salt
Spiced Avian Acres Green Chickpeas in shell, padron peppers + HomeFarm Okra + lime
House made Naan served with spicy tomato jam
Tandoori chicken Thighs
Channa Pilau: Basmati Rice with cooked Chickpeas
Carrot Riata
Fresh Watermelon and radish salad.

With the warmth of spices before the cooler months, think of it as an Indian summer feast!

The Sunday Supper Series is a monthly community dinner featuring local farmers, winemakers and visiting chefs. Celebrating good farming, good cooking and good eating, dinner is served family style and seating is casual, so come with your family, bring a neighbor, and make new friends!

Wine, beer and non-alchoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
