Your ticket reservation experience will be the best on a desktop/computer.
These tickets are for members only and must be reserved in the name on the membership. If you are not a member, you will not be admitted with these tickets. Every person, including children under 3, need a ticket.
Sold out spots will be light grey on the drop down menu. We are adding more spots as soon as we can, so please check back.

Zoo Boise is currently not accepting reciprocity from other zoo memberships.
Boise Mayor Lauren McLean has issued a new public health order that takes effect Saturday, July 4 requiring everyone to use face coverings in the City of Boise to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). Coverings that completely cover the nose and mouth are now required in all indoor and outdoor public places unless you can maintain physical distance of at least six feet from other people. There are a few exceptions for children under the age of 5, on-duty first responders, or those with health or communication concerns.

To limit the number of visitors in Zoo Boise at one time, a timed entry process has been implemented to promote safety and physical distancing. Tickets must be reserved online ahead of your visit to secure entry into the zoo. As members, these tickets are reserved at NO COST to you.
Please select the day and time you would like to visit the zoo and reserve one ticket PER individual coming to the zoo. One ticket only admits one person each. Membership tickets are limited to the number on your pass.
The 30 minute window listed on your ticket is your entry time: please arrive only during those 30 minutes.
*In order to protect you and your family and to keep our animals safe and healthy, we have implemented a timed entry process with a limited number of visitors entering each hour. This means that purchasing a membership does not guarantee you will be able to come visit the zoo always at your preferred day and time. While there may be general admission tickets available, that may not mean membership slots are available for those same dates and times. General admission tickets are available in order to give people who may not be able to afford a membership a chance to visit. We open up dates and time slots for members one week in advance. New available slots and updated availability are added each morning (usually by 9 am) and we will add member-only nights as we are able. We appreciate your patience and support as we move through these challenging times together.*

Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis.
Date and times are non-transferable.

Concessions and Attractions
For the safety of guests, animals and employees, some buildings, attractions and encounters may be closed. Availability is subject to change at any time.

Member Check-In
Members can enter through the front gate to receive admission to the zoo.
Please prepare the membership card and photo ID of the person who reserved the tickets, as this is required at entry.
All guests must enter together during the specified time slot. Please ensure your entire party is present before entering the zoo.
Late entries will not be accepted.
Conservation tokens and printed maps are temporarily unavailable. A current map can be found at zooboise.org/map.
Guest Experience at the Zoo
Guests must maintain physical distancing and groups must remain six feet apart.
Directional indicators will be installed to help navigate guests through the zoo. Please adhere to the marked one-way path throughout the zoo.
Guests may not back-track or deviate from the path.
Visit length is limited to two hours.
Re-entry will not be permitted. Please make sure you have any personal items you may need before entering the zoo.
Guests who exit will not be allowed to re-enter the zoo for any reason.
