North Idaho Enological Society July 11, 2020
North Idaho Enological Society is pleased to end the season with our 38th annual NIES Winemaker Dinner at beautiful Hayden Lake Country Club (HLCC) on Saturday, July 11, 2020, featuring the wines of Coeur dAlene Cellars. Owner and founder, Kimber Gates, will join us to share insight into their wines.

Hors doeuvres and a Five-course Dinner with Wines from Coeur dAlene Cellars
5:45 Check- In
6:00 Sip, socialize and sample hors doeuvres on the patio deck 6:30 Head Inside with the program commencing at 6:45 with a toast
Cost: $90 per member, $100 per guest -- price is inclusive
HLCC Chef Brett Fontana and the NIES dinner committee met to collaborate on creating a fabulous six-course menu to pair beautifully with the fine wines of Coeur dAlene Cellars. The expertly prepared multi-course meal will complement the wines for an evening of gourmet food, presentation and excellent service. Your cost for the event covers the meal, tax and gratuity. The cost of the wine is being covered by your NIES club. Prepare to come away having enjoyed a wonderful dinner and the wines of our local winery Coeur dAlene Cellars. What a fabulous finale!
NIES is under a defined deadline for reservations so please keep to the recommended timeline for sending in your attendance confirmation.
Additionally, if you have certain dietary requirements, please alert Linda Pendleton, reservation chairman, via email at pendletonl@frontier.com or phone 208-623-3333, and she will check to see if HLCC will be able to accommodate your needs/request.
Dress code for the event is country club summer dressy or your best dress for success attire. No jeans please!
Reserved parking for NIES attendees will be south of the main entrance.

Timely reservations are a must for this event.
Reservations for the July Dinner need to be postmarked by Friday, July 3rd
