Classes are Pay-What-You-Can.
We'll send you the Zoom link about 2 hours before the class starts.
These classes are designed for experienced dancers, ages 13 to professional dancer. The class will include floor work techniques, standing exercises (plies, tendus, etc), stationary combinations, jumps, and more.
The pace is quick, and it's designed for experienced movers who can follow more advanced techniques and movements.
