Crackpot Crones Meet The Bride of Lesbostein
The Crackpot Crones are pleased to announce their first Halloween show - Crackpot Crones Meet The Bride of Lesbostein. Besides their customary mélange of improvisation befitting the Scary Season, the Crones will offer the premiere of a new one-act play by Terry Baum, a lesbian version of the Frankenstein story: Bride of Lesbostein.
Bride of Lesbostein. Performed by Baum , Carolyn Myers and Karen Ripley. Dr. Lesbostein will attempt to create the perfect wife from the DNA of her ex- lovers. Cringe as the lovesick Igorina panders to the enormous ego of Dr. Lesbostein. Tremble at the difficulties mad scientists have finding affordable housing in San Francisco! Cheer as the Bride of Lesbostein comes to life and heads to City Hall to make it legal!!
This special Halloween treat for twisted tricksters can be seen for two performances only at The Garage, 715 Bryant St., San Francisco.
The shows will be Wednesday, October 30 and Thursday, October 31 at 8 pm.
