June 13th Farm to Table
We are so excited to be in our 3rd Season of Farm to Table Dinners!!

**We do want to note that we will be moving our dinner to our larger event room to be able to spread everyone out for social distancing purposes. If you come together as a group, we are glad to seat you together, but we will be using distancing between groups or couples. We also will not be passing/sharing any food between groups.**

This evening is set up to help showcase fresh products from local farms (within 100 miles) and from our own farm to help support the local food movement. Each dinner is prepared by a professional Chef. We would love to invite you to join our family at our farm for an amazing evening of food, wine, music, supporting local farms, and a beautiful atmosphere to just take a walk and enjoy the scenery.

You can take a walk around the farm, enjoy some live music by local artist, wine tasting with wine from Aubrey Vineyards, and an amazing 5-course meal prepared by a professional Chef. Our first dinner will be featuring Chef Matt Chatfield and his wife, Chef Sophia!

Our menus are based off of what is in season, so we try to have our menu completed a few weeks out from the event. You will start off with an appetizer in our outdoor courtyard area (if weather permits). Then we move inside to our Farmhouse Room for four more courses! The dinners are so fresh and delicious! The Chef will also come out and talk about the different courses throughout the evening, and will also demo one part of the evenings courses. This is definitely an experience you do not want to miss out on!

June Menu:

Upon arrival, you will enjoy Local Cheeses, Farm Fresh Pickled Veggies, Fresh Baked Crostini, and Charcuterie, along with some yummy Deviled Eggs in varieties the Chefs have created. Next you can savor a Phyllo Cup with Candied Bacon, 72 degree Egg, and Camembert on a bed of Sautéed Pea Tendrils.  
For the Salad, Fresh Grilled Asparagus on our Crisp Greens Salad, with Missouri Pecans, and a Sherry Vinaigrette.
Our Main Course will consist of Bone-in Pork Rack Chop with a French Chimichurri-Style Sauce (Persillade), Truffled Spring-Harvest New Potatoes, and Roasted Broccoli.
For the Dessert, we will do a playful take on Strawberry Shortcake, with Fresh Baked Almond Shortbread Cookies, and Lots of Whipped Cream to go with the Fresh Marinated Strawberries!
Our dinners are always served with our very popular Homemade Artisan Bread and Whipped Goat Cheese and Honey.

Cost of Event:
$69/person + tax + tip (Donation amount to the organization will be separate) Ticket includes 5 course meal prepared by professional Chef and music throughout the evening by local artist. Reservations only. Tickets must be purchased in advance.

We offer wine from the local winery, Aubrey Vineyards and we also have some local beer options.

Arrive around 6pm. From time of arrival until 6:45pm enjoy appetizers in the courtyard, live music, and feel free to walk around the farm. Dinner will start at 7pm.

Must have reservations. Reservations due by Wednesday, June 10th, but you can always contact us to see if we still have seats available past that date.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
No, but ID will be required for purchase of any alcohol.

Will you have any options for vegetarians or vegans?
Sorry, this event is not a good choice for vegetarians, vegans, or gluten intolerant individuals. Since we are not a full service restaurant, this menu is set and we do not have the capacity to make appropriate substitutions to accommodate guests with these dietary restrictions.

Is there a dress code for this event?
No, but we do encourage you to dress accordingly if you are interested in taking a walking tour of our farm/garden. You may desire a jacket. We do have sidewalks and paths to the gardens, but will have to walk through some gravel.
