Sour Beer Vegetarian Nonsense Prix Fixe Dinner featuring Shelton Brothers
It's the long-awaited return of Vegetarian Nonsense!It's a five-course sour beer pairing menu. This is one of our favorite beer dinners to host (and to enjoy!).
Beers to include:
Drei Fonteinen, Blonde
Jolly Pumpkin, Luciernaga
Mikkeller, Alive
Panil (a sour from Italy)
Alvinne, Cuvee Freddy
The food menu will be (vegetarian, not vegan):
Sweet potato-savory pie
Sautéed Brussels sprouts
Cayuga farms' polenta with corn succotash
Selection of cheese from Saxelby Cheesemongers
Dessert- apple tart
One seating at 7 p.m.
