Chef Mark Noseda Culinary Scholarship Brunch & Auction

Join Chef's Jenna Arcidiacono, Randy Finch, Tommy Fitzgerald and others in the culinary community to remember and honor Chef Mark Noseda II who was taken from us suddenly at the young age of 35. Proceeds from the event will be used to set up a culinary scholarship fund at the GRCC Secchia Culinary Institute.

Menu Details: Grand Rapids most talented chefs come together to serve up a unique brunch to honor their dear friend, Chef Mark Noseda. Billed as a Chef's Potluck, this brunch will feature favorites from Chef Jenna Arcidiacono, Tommy Fitzgerald and Ice Guru Randy Finch. We will also have menu selections being donated from Chef Len Towne from New Holland Brewing Co., Chefs Jamie and Jeremy Paquin from Mia & Grace, as well as Chef Brechting from FOODesign & Hubs Inn.

Japanese Chef Sawako Cline from "Come To My Table" will also provide a special treat for brunch attendees, presented on an ice display from Randy Finch!

An amazing Bellini and Bloody Mary Bar available also for $5 each, as well as soft drinks, coffee and water.

Desserts and other confections provided by MiraBellas Confections, Jason Kakabaker of The Cakabakery and Chef Jenna's amazing Truffles.

Silent Auction: A silent auction will be conducted throughout the brunch. A number of generous donations from area businesses have been donated and continue to be donated. A 'Buy It Now' option will be available on all items for those who know what they want, right away!

$25 - General
$100 - VIP - Includes: Reserve Parking, Priority Seating and 1 Glass of Prosecco

We will accept walk-in ticket sales, but seating is limited. Ticket purchase in advance is highly recommended.
