ONLINE: Self Massage for the Head, Face, and Neck with Erica Straus

Powerful self-massage techniques to relieve tension, headaches, and stress. These techniques can also help alleviate fatigue and improve concentration when utilized during work breaks. No lotion is required for this short workshop.
PRESENTER:
Erica Straus (aka Rix100) has been a massage therapist for over 10 years. She has been on the faculty of the McKinnon Body Therapy Center for over 6 years, where she teaches a wide range of massage classes. She has previously taught massage classes and workshops at Dark Odyssey, Wicked Grounds, The Citadel and the Chase. She loves bringing her skills to the ink community which is very much a part of her life.
