How do I get on the floor gracefully, what do I do once I'm down there, and how on Earth do I get back up?! Whether your just starting or a burlesque pro, we'll guide you through this age old stage dilemma. You'll be rolling around in no time!
Advanced chair work will incorporate physically challenging forms and innovative chair incorporation into you burlesque repertoire.
Bring clothing you can stretch in.
Bring knee pads or a yoga mat if you have special knee concerns.
