Party on the Green
We are pleased to announce the Spring 2020 Scenic City Supper Club and our five-year anniversary celebration!  Party on the Green  featuring Chef Katie Coss, executive chef of Husk Nashville. Chef Coss, a true advocate for sustainably sourced ingredients and gracious hospitality, uses only the highest quality, seasonal bounty from local farmers and purveyors to create dishes with a distinct Southern identity. With Chef Coss at the helm, supper clubbers can look forward to soulful and creative courses that showcase a depth of flavor, honoring the ingredients on the plate.

Taking place on Sunday, April 19 at The Betty, a uniquely modernized vacation rental and event space, the evening will begin at 6 p.m. with a cocktail hour featuring cocktails from Cathead Distillery and Chattanooga Whiskey and hors d'oeuvres prepared by each participating chef; followed by a coursed meal paired with Five Wits Brewing Co. beers and select wine offerings.

Chef Coss will lead a collaborative menu alongside Chef Erik Niel of Easy Bistro & Bar and Main Street Meats, Andrew Tucker of Main Street Meats, and Elizabeth St. Clair & Wes Agee of Charlies Chattanooga, and featured beverage professional Josh Smith of Whiskey Thief. Together, the group will prepare a meal for 150 guests to enjoy.

Tickets are $165 per person (including all drinks, food, and gratuity). Welcome drinks and hors d'oeuvres will begin 6:00 p.m., followed by supper at 7:00 p.m.
