Discover the traditions and trends in Italian cooking with native Umbrian Viola Buitoni. A former caterer, she is the food specialist for San Francisco's Italian Cultural Institute.

Pomodori Gratinati Tomatoes au gratin
Ruoto di Pomodori, Zucchine e Cipolle Pinwheel of roasted tomatoes, zucchini and onions
